The Bühler Method
The Bühler Method is a unique approach that combines Energy Medicine, Animal Communication, Medical Intuition, Emotional Release, and Energetic Realignment. Developed from over 30 years of working with energy and intuition for both animals and people, this method is an intuitive integration of multiple healing modalities designed to restore your horse’s physical and emotional balance.
I’ve witnessed remarkable shifts in a horse’s health and behaviour simply through communicating with them. Animals want to be heard, and when they’re not, it can lead to irritability, shutdown and stress responses or even dangerous behaviour.
When we truly listen and combine that with clearing trapped emotions and restoring energetic balance, it can be the trigger for deep healing. The Bühler Method opens the door to greater wellbeing, improved performance, a stronger bond with their person and a renewed sense of happiness and vitality.
What Does A Session Look Like?
So what does a session look like?
Each session is deeply individualised and intuitively guided because, like us, every horse is unique and their healing path should be too. Sessions are guided intuitively by what your horse needs in that moment. What you think your horse needs and what your horse knows they need can be very different things, so it’s important to approach each session with an open mind to what may transpire. I work with both hands-on and hands-off energy healing, I incorporate sound, vibrational essences, tapping, emotional release methods, acupressure and other modalities to spark the body’s natural healing process.
What remains constant is communication.
Throughout the session, I’ll be in ongoing communication with your horse to uncover what’s happening for them- what’s working, what’s not, what they need from you and the underlying reasons behind any behaviours, discomfort or disconnection.
I’ve worked with numerous horses who’ve carried deep emotional trauma, whether from repeated rehoming, being pushed into disciplines they dislike, early weaning, harsh or dominant handling, inherited patterns of fear or anxiety, or even unresolved energies from past lives.
Why does this matter?
Because long-term suppressed emotions very often manifest as physical issues. Injuries that won’t heal, chronic behavioural challenges, mysterious pain or tension that never quite resolves- these are often symptoms of unprocessed emotional energy stored in the body.
To support true healing, we must address the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of the being. When in balance, the body has a greater chance to return to a state of wellness and vitality.
Energy fuels function.
Energy fuels every function of life- our heartbeat, circulation, breath, attitudes, thoughts, emotions, memories, ancestral imprints and more. Your horse’s energy field is no different. My role is to "listen" to that energy and help bring it back into alignment.
Horses are incredibly sensitive to the energies around them, including yours. While the session focuses on your horse, I also consider the broader energetic environment: the land, other animals and of course, you, their person. Time permitting, I will explore these influences and discuss anything that may need your attention.
As always, if there are health concerns know that I do not diagnose and I will always recommend you find your professional practitioner, whether that is a vet, chiropractor, acupuncturist, etc.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
- The Equine Intake Form must be completed 72 hours prior to your initial appointment. If you are booking for more than one horse, a form for each horse will need to be completed individually.
- Make sure your horse is unrugged and ready to go in a flat shaded area before I get there.
- You will need to be with your horse for the duration of the session.
- If you have multiple horses, please ensure that all questions, observations, and focus remain solely on the horse being worked with during the session. This allows for the best possible outcome for them.
- I may record sessions for documentation and future reference.
- Photos and videos (if taken) from sessions may be shared on social media to help demonstrate the benefits of this work. Because this type of work can be difficult to explain, sharing real examples makes it easier for others to understand the possibilities and outcomes. If you would prefer not to have photos or videos taken or shared, please let me know in advance.
- I also offer Myosomatechs sessions- a physical, emotional and nervous system realignment for people. When your energy is regulated, your horse naturally feels more relaxed and balanced. Because everything is connected, it’s important to consider not only your horse’s energy but also that of the people, the land and other animals on your property. These sessions can be booked as a horse-and-person package. Please see the Cost section for pricing.

What's the Cost?
SINGLE HORSE
- $280 for an initial session- 90 minutes approximately. (Pay-in-4 available with PayPal.)
- $200 for follow-up sessions- up to 60 minutes (must be completed within 2 months of the initial session or pricing will revert to $280).
TWO OR MORE HORSES
- $280 for first horse.
- $200 for each additional horse, maximum of 4.
HORSE-AND-PERSON PACKAGE
- $460 for One Horse session & One Human Myosomatechs session. As you clear your own energy, you open the space for your horse to feel lighter, safer and more at ease. Read More About Myosomatechs
GROUP BOOKINGS
Group bookings at a single location with up to 4 horses in a day.
- $280 for the first horse.
- $200 each for the remaining 3 horses.
- If costs are shared, the rate is $220 per horse.
- All group bookings must be arranged through a single main contact, not individual participants.

TRAVEL COSTS
- Travel up to 100km from my departure address in Scarborough (the Redcliffe Peninsula) - no charge (see map below for rough guide)
- 100+ kilometres - $0.40/km
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Payment is required at the time of booking. Please ensure you are familiar with the cancellation and reschedule policy (see below).
- Booking holds: Your booking will be held for 48 hours and confirmed once payment has been received.
- Pay-in-4 option: Available via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account (guest checkout is not eligible), and approval is required—similar to Afterpay or Zip.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Single Person Bookings
To avoid cancellation fees, please note the following:
- 48 hours or more notice: No charge.
- Less than 48 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows: No refund will be given.
- Property access: If I am unable to access the property and you are unreachable by phone, this will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
- Reschedules: May be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, the cancellation policy applies.
Group Bookings
To avoid cancellation fees, please note the following:
- 48 hours or more notice: No charge.
- Less than 48 hours notice: $50 fee per horse cancelled.
- Same-day cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows: Full fee applies to each individual/s, and no refund will be given.
- Property access: If I cannot access the property and the main contact for the group is unreachable by phone, this is considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
- Reschedules: May be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, the cancellation policy applies. Reschedule will apply to the entire group, not an individual horse.
