Join Helen and Rommie for a transformative two day experience designed to bridge the gap between human intention and equine perception.

Most horse-human interactions are built on cues, pressure and physical techniques. But beneath the surface lies a deeper harmony- a dance of resonance felt through shared presence and internal alignment.
This immersion is an invitation to slow down and meet your horse in the stillness. Whether you are a competitive rider or a seeker of a deeper bond, this weekend will shift the way you feel your horse forever.

We all share a deep desire for a partnership defined by trust, connection and better understanding. Yet so often, that depth remains elusive. We buy new tools, hire different trainers and google new theories trying to solve problems and build our relationship, often forgetting that the solution isn't always found in a new technique, but in a new way of being.
In this two-day immersion, we step away from a traditional horse clinic and into the profound world of Energetic Resonance.
The Frequency of the Horse
Horses are masters of frequency. They do not listen to your words; they respond to your vibration. When your internal state is full of static, the conversation becomes distorted. But when you tune yourself to the same note as your horse, you finally get to play the same song.
Matching your frequency to your horse’s creates the partnership you crave. It invites them out of defensive tension and into the calm, restorative space of their parasympathetic nervous system. This is where the monologue ends and a true energetic dialogue begins.
What the Weekend Holds
We will explore what Energy actually means in a practical, grounded way and why mastering it is often the "missing link" in your horsemanship. We will also introduce you to the Five Elements as seen in Chinese Medicine philosophy to help you find your horse’s "baseline". Once you understand this, it will be easier for you to communicate and stay in sync.
