PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, COURSES

1. By accepting these terms the participant to any courses, workshops or programs agrees to pay the Program fees for the Program using the payment method selected at the checkout.
2. The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Program fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.
3. The duration of the Program is stated on the course page.
4. There will be one participant per booking. Programs are not available to those that need supervision.
5. Program transfers to another student are available in limited circumstances.
6. Program Transfers are permitted within 14 days prior to program commencement;
7. Program Transfer fees apply and will be advised upon application.
8. We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information as per our privacy policy.
9. Upon enrolment into the course, we may use the content from your emails in our marketing materials and on our website testimonials page, as well as send you a monthly newsletter. Your identity will never be revealed, however we will use your surname, initials and your City. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and only comments related to course outcomes and student experiences will be mentioned.
10. Program Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise specified in the course description, and may not be downloaded unless prior approval has been received by Rommie Buhler.
11. The content of the online Program Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Rommie Buhler. You may not reproduce any part of the online Program Materials without the prior written consent of Rommie Buhler
12. Program materials, course content and assessment are subject to change.
13. Program access is available for one month from the completion of the program.

CONSULTATIONS

1. Readings must be paid prior to your scheduled booking. Readings will not be confirmed until payment has been made.
2. Readings are non-refundable.
3. Reading times and dates can be changed once only as arranged with Rommie. Thereafter, your Reading will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
4. Booking times agreement:
   If you are attending a face to face or Zoom online video Reading, your booking time will start at the time agreed with you at your initial booking. If you are late, the Reading will still finish at the original finish time. For example, if your booking is for a 60 minute Reading and you have booked for 10am and arrive at 10.15am, your Reading will still finish at 11am. There will be no rescheduling of your booking and no refund will be given.
5. Write down your questions - I would always suggest writing a list of questions you may want to ask Rommie during your session. Rommie is not able to answer any questions you may have forgotten a few days later as she is booked up with other appointments. If you forget to ask some questions or there is not enough time to get through them then you will need to rebook.
6. Duration of your reading cannot be changed by you after your booking has been made unless arrangement can be made with Rommie. For example, if you book a half hour reading and decide you want to have and pay for a full hour your reading will be rescheduled.
7. For pet communications, your pet does not need to be with you at the time of connection with Rommie.
8. Pet Detective | assisting with tracking of missing animals work is a tool that can be used in addition to all other search methods and does not guarantee a missing or lost animal will be found.
9. Pet Detective work is not able to give you an exact address or GPS coordinates to collect your missing animal.
10. Animal Energy Work is a tool only that may be useful to rebalance the energy of your animal. This is not a replacement for veterinary or medical care. There is never a guarantee of outcome.
11. There will be occasions where Rommie will use information, video and/or photos from a Reading or Healing session for advertising or training purposes unless otherwise agreed not to. If you are not allowing this, a request must be given to Rommie in writing stating time and date of session and name of the client.
12. Medical Intuitive readings are purely for entertainment purposes. These do not replace professional medical advice, please contact your physician for medical help.

• Consultations are confidential.
• Please do not waste your time, energy and money playing games to ‘test’ me out. Either you are genuine about your approach for guidance or perhaps a Reading is not the best option for you. I understand that there are shady Psychics out there that give the industry a bad name and you may be hesitant.
• I will endeavour to deliver the most accurate Reading possible however they will never be 100% accurate because information is given based on what I know, understand and have experienced which will never be all possible available information. You also always have “free will” to change your destiny the moment you finish listening.
• There is no guarantee that you will be given specific names, dates and times during your Reading. If you can understand, in the Spirit world, time does not exist so to get exact times in our real world is very difficult and not always possible.
• You must make it clear when booking your Reading what you want to focus on in that Reading. If you have specific questions, please list them in order of priority. The answers may be short, long or there may be no answer to a question if it’s something your Guides have decided it is not for you to know at that point (this happens often so don’t be surprised). Due to this, all questions may not be tended to depending on the length of your booking.
• I will never be responsible for the choices you make after the Reading. It is GUIDANCE only. Be accountable for every decision you make.
• Do not be fixated on certain outcomes, dates or names from a Reading because this will most likely guarantee that you will be disappointed.
• I am there to deliver messages – and on occasion messages that you may not always want to hear. You need to make sure you are open to hearing alternative outcomes, otherwise you’ll miss all the important information!
• All Readings are given as GUIDANCE ONLY and should never replace professional advice. The guidance is there to think about if you wish but it is your responsibility to seek professional advice on any veterinary, medical, legal, financial matters or other matters you may have. This refers to both pet, animal and people Readings of all kinds.
• Intuitive Interspecies Communication, Animal Communication, Medical Intuition and Animal Energy Work is not a replacement for professional veterinary or medical care.
